Out of the blue today the ear began working again. Much as I expected to happen. Only one slight complication - to hear out of the left ear I have to breath in and pop my ears - which deafens the right ear. Release the pressure and I'm deaf in the left ear, but can hear fine in the right. I'm sure that by tomorrow it will be all sorted out...

...the issue persists. By every variety I mean syringing Hydrogen Peroxide in my ear, Olive oil, warm water, holding ear above steaming mug of hot water, of hot water with menthol crystals, of banging my head like an autistic madman against my pillow, of banging the opposite side of my head...

IFN with the boy at the Plaza. Again, the movie was an HD DVD disc played upon the big screen, trifles like this really annoy me. Otherwise, while some of the commercials are good, some are great, almost all are available online and most were viewed shortly after they were released, such is the internet. So I'll probably give a miss to future screenings of Cannes Best Commercials as I've seen most of them. That said, the one embedded below was new to us both and was remarkable not only for it's clever animation but as well for it's frank depiction of graffiti sex scenes....
