There is something about people vanishing that is unnerving - Murder is one thing, but to disappear without a trace, well, that's quite another. Here are 2 wikipedia links - the first an article on unexplained disappearances, the second a list of people who have "mysteriously" disappeared . And, to show that such mysteries often happen closer to home, and more often than we'd like, here's a link to the RCMP Alberta Website for missing people. Many of them suggest obvious solutions, but there are a few that seem to defy any formulaic solutions. . .And, perhaps most chilling, for almost every missing person listed there is someone who knows what became of them. . .

Prime numbers are numbers that are divisible by themselves only and one.
The series begins 2, 3, 5, 7, 11, 13, 17, 19, 23, 29, 31, 37 and continues (possibly) into infinity.
They can only be checked in reverse - meaning, there is no formula that will create a prime number, only formulas that factor and check if a number is prime. Is it possible to create a formula that will predict all prime numbers?
And when we have that solved, what is the formula that will create or predict all Mersennes Primes?
